Returns policy

In the unlikely event of any allergic reaction please return the belt within 28 days to arrange a refund under our nickelsafe guarantee policy

Our products are guaranteed against any defect in manufacture for one year. Nickelsafe is not liable for any unreasonable user wear and tear. If the buyer does not wish to exchange, then also please contact [email protected] to arrange a refund.

If the belt needs to be exchanged for any reason, i.e, for a different size, then please contact [email protected] first to arrange, and send to the address below. However the buyer will be liable for postage and packaging costs.

Nickelsafe will pay for the replacement belt to be sent back to you.

Please include either:

• A copy of the enclosed postal slip and details of what you would like, i.e, an exchange for which size, or a refund.

• Your name, address, approximate date of purchase and details and instructions will suffice.
